Unlike existing voice VPN products, services built using the Personeta solution can include POTS lines, wireless devices, PBX/IP-PBX extensions, and soft phones on a single VPN.
Reachability Manager
Reachability Manager offers configurable routing logic for incoming calls, at the individual or group level. Group Hunting provides group’s numbers where calls are automatically distributed among the group members. Users can specify how they want to receive calls, by setting series of profiles, such as “at work”, “at home”, “on the road”, etc.
Mobility Manager
Mobility Manager supports convergence for dual-mode handsets with voice call continuity (VCC) applications. It can also be used to support zone type convergence where incoming and outgoing calls behaves differently according to the user zone.
Smart IVR
Smart IVR allows service providers to offer business customers, network based, cost-efficient services such as Auto-Attendant, Automatic Call Distribution, buffering and, network-based IVR for multiple sites. Service logic, including announcement management, can be controlled by end-users via Web or IVR interfaces.
CPE Integrator
