Personeta's senior management team brings years of experience and technical expertise in the fields of telecommunications and networking from leading companies such as Nortel Networks, Clarent Corporation and Comverse Technology, as well as tier-one carriers such as Bezeq and BT.
Avraham (Bibi) Rosenbach, Co-founder, CEO and President
As CEO and President of Personeta, Bibi is responsible for worldwide operations. With extensive experience in international markets, Bibi is spearheading all strategy and business development activities. As principal co-founder of Personeta, he developed the initial plan for bringing the company’s innovative technology to market and oversaw the completion of Personeta’s first sales and commercial deployments with leading telecom service providers. Bibi also led the company through Series A and B funding, which enabled Personeta to expand its worldwide sales and marketing organizations.
Bibi's background includes over 20 years of executive and R&D experience in communications and computer infrastructure. Prior to co-founding Personeta, Bibi served as CEO of NetXchange Communications, a pioneering company in the field of Internet Telephony. He was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Gilat Communications, a leading player in broadband multimedia infrastructure solutions. He also held a senior management position at Armon Networking, later acquired by Bay Networks. Bibi holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Alon Lelcuk, Vice President, Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder
Alon has over a decade and a half of experience in network-based IT systems for IP, wireless and fixed carriers. He has served as an expert telecommunications consultant on OSS systems and security issues. Alon was chief technology officer at Liacom, a leading network engineering company. Prior to co-founding Personeta, Alon was Vice President and Chief Technology officer at Macom Networking Ltd, where he led the creation of first-generation eCommerce systems.

Michael Meller, Senior Vice President, New Business Development and Co-Founder
Michael Meller brings 24 years of experience in telecom networks, infrastructure, system engineering and R&D. As VP of Engineering, Michael leads corporate presale, system engineering, project management and postsale activities as well as managing several strategic accounts including Russia and CIS. Prior to co-founding Personeta, Michael headed the system engineering department at Telrad Ltd, a joint solution provider with Nortel Networks, where, as chief engineer, he led the design and deployment of a nationwide, multi-service networks. He also served as director of Telrad's datacom product line, where he was responsible for marketing frame-relay, ATM and IP solutions from Nortel to carriers, government and enterprise markets. Prior to Telrad, Michael held several management positions in system engineering, product management and R&D in the leading high-tech industries.
Eran Bendoly, Chief Financial Officer
Eran Bendoly brings 14 years of high-tech executive management experience in finance and operations. Before joining Personeta as CFO, he was the driving force behind the formation of Xenia Ventures, where he served for three years as managing partner. Prior to Xenia, Eran was director of finance, EMEA for Mindspeed Technologies, a developer of semiconductor networking solutions for communications applications such as VoIP and broadband. In this capacity, he led the company’s expansion through the creation of eight new Mindspeed entities across Europe and Israel. Eran also served in senior managerial positions within the Novacom/Novanet group, where he played a critical role as the group's CFO in securing an $8 million investment from Ericsson – the first investment by Ericsson in an Israeli start-up company – and led negotiations with several multi-national corporations that resulted in the sale of Novanet to Conexant Systems for $145 million in September 2000.
Eran holds a bachelors degree in international relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA, Cum Laude, from K.U Leuven in Belgium. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Camtek (NASDAQ: CMTK).
Nitzan Avitouv, Vice President, Applications and Services
Nitzan brings to Personeta over 18 years of experience in computer applications, the Web, user interface, e-commerce, Interactive TV and multimedia. Prior to joining Personeta, Nitzan was Vice President of Production and co-founder at GreetMe, Inc, a partner of American Greetings that develops and operates a commercial Web site with content for personal communication. He was also Vice President of Productions at Pineapple Multimedia Ltd. where he supervised Web and multimedia projects for Apple, Disney, SBC, Israel TV, Bezeq (the Israeli PTT), and Yellow Pages among others, and was a user experience consultant to other major organizations.
Nitzan received a B.A. in Business Administration with honors from Tel Aviv University.
Amir Harel, Vice President, Marketing
Amir Harel brings to Personeta more than fifteen years of experience in marketing, product management and business creation, in the fields of telecommunication and internet technologies.
Prior to joining Personeta Amir served in several senior marketing positions at Nokia’s MMS, mobile e-mail and Enterprise voice solutions. Before Nokia Amir co-founded and served as VP Products at SimPlayer the developer of an award winning interactive web-casting platform. Earlier in his career, Amir was VP Products at LOGAL, where he had a key role in pioneering the web based e-learning category.
Amir holds a B.Sc. in engineering from Tel Aviv University (cum laude) and an MBA from Boston University (laude)
David Heled, Vice President, Research and Development
David Heled brings more than 18 years of experience in R&D Management in Hi-Tech companies and the IDF. Before joining Personeta, David served for 3 years as Vice President Research and Development in Viola Networks, managing the development and delivery of the company products in the area of VoIP networks management. From 2001 until joining Viola Mr. Heled served as VP Products of Frontline PCB Solutions, where he managed all aspects of product development from design to production, including software product development, managing large R&D groups, marketing and customer support.
Between the years 1997 to 2001 Mr. Heled served in a number of roles in Tecnomatix (NASDQ: TCNO), including director of engineering applications and CAD and PDM Integration group manager.
Between 1990 and 1997 Mr. Heled served as a Software Engineer at M.B.E.M.
Mr. Heled holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel institute of Technology.
Avi Rosenfeld, Vice President, Sales
Avi Rosenfeld brings more than 14 years of experience in the field of telecommunication, mainly in sales and business creation, and extensive knowledge in managing worldwide sales platforms for large product portfolios. With comprehensive exposure to high scale worldwide channels, Avi has conducted major partnership consortiums and established unique sale vehicles for large customers.
Prior to joining Personeta, Avi served in Senior Sales and Marketing positions in several worldwide leading companies such as Alvarion, Siemens Com and ECI Telecom. Avi's expertise include leading sales and marketing of multimillion-dollar projects, managing sales and sales teams in broad geographical territories, developing new businesses opportunities - penetrating new market segments, establishing sales and business development for strategic and global accounts, shifting the sales balance toward tier 1& 2 customers, etc.
