Peter Bell
Peter is a Venture Partner at Highland Capital Partners specializing in technology investments across all stages of company growth. As an industry veteran, Peter has worked with and invested in companies in the information security, e-commerce, data center infrastructure, enterprise software and communications industries. Peter represents Highland on the boards of ExaGrid Systems, Ocarina Networks and Desktone and he currently serves on the board of directors of Healthbase, PeerApp and Prospectiv.
Before joining Highland Capital Partners, Peter was Managing Director and founder of Stowe Capital, LLC, which specialized in providing capital and management expertise to emerging growth companies. Prior to establishing Stowe Capital in 2002, Peter was the co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of StorageNetworks, an information storage software and services company. Under his leadership, Peter took the company from pioneering concept to over $120 million in annual revenue in three years and closed six rounds of equity capital financing, totaling over $700 million, including a successful IPO in June 2000.
Peter began his career at EMC Corporation. During his tenure he held positions in marketing, operations and sales and played a key role in building and managing the Open Storage Group at EMC, a major growth engine for the company.
Peter is a summa cum laude graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree, from Boston College and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School . He also holds an Honorary Doctorate from Babson College . He sits on the Board of Trustees of Boston College and is a member of the Technology Advisory Committee for Boston 's Catholic Schools Foundation.

Greg Caltabiano
Greg is Chief Operating Officer of SOMA Networks, Inc. He was previously Senior Vice President of Worldwide Markets for SOMA, and he continues to oversee all customer, partner and market development in addition to daily management of the company.
In his advisory capacity, Greg brings to Personeta nearly two decades of experience in the telecommunications and data communications industries. Before joining SOMA, he served as Division Vice President at Comverse Network Systems, the world's leading supplier of enhanced service platforms for fixed and mobile telephone operators with more than a billion dollars in annual sales. At Comverse, Greg directed sales, account management, product management, technical support and multiple R&D centers for a major business sector.
Greg holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He has also completed post-graduate studies at the Inter-University Center in Tokyo and Executive Education at INSEAD in France.

Mark Mc Ilvane
Mark is a "startup specialist" with rich industry experience who firmly believes that startup companies are a science, and that they will succeed if managed properly. Mark most recently served as Personeta’s CEO, initiating the company’s North American presence and seeing Personeta through two highly successful investment rounds. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at IP Unity and held several positions at Clarent Corporation, most recently as Executive Vice President, Business Operations. Before Clarent, Mark was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Comverse Technology, a leading provider of network-based multimedia enhanced communications services. He has also held senior level positions at Bell & Howell Company and ACI Telecom/US West. Mr. McIlvane holds a BS in Business and Economics from Mac Murray College, Jacksonville, Illinois. =

Ron Wojcik
Ron has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1977 and has extensive experience in service delivery, the Intelligent Network and operations support systems ( OSS ).
As an advisory board member, Ron brings to Personeta high-level expertise in tier-one carrier technologies and operations. He was with BellSouth from 1991, where he was instrumental in specifying and deploying the carrier's Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) system and later led BellSouth's Advanced Technology Development Center. Prior to his retirement from BellSouth in 2002, Ron initiated efforts to employ IP-based products for enabling service creation and delivery over hybrid, next-generation networks.
Ron holds a B.S. degree in mathematics from Illinois Institute of Technology, a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
